Hiring a hat from FS Millinery is simple. To check availability, email us at info@fsmillinery.com with the date you need the piece.

If your chosen hat is available, we will ask you to pay the full retail price of the hat upfront, along with a £12 shipping fee, which includes insured return shipping.

Once the hat is returned on time and in its original condition, we will refund you the difference, keeping only the rental fee (one-third of the retail price).

We understand that minor wear and tear—such as a light mark or a small bent feather—can happen with hat hire. However, any damage beyond normal wear and tear will incur a proportional charge, deducted from the deposit. If the hat is severely damaged or cannot be repaired, the full deposit will be retained.
